By using FlipZi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.

Permitted use

You may use FlipZi to display media, camera output, web content, or your screen when you have the right and permission to do so. You are responsible for the content you select and for complying with copyright, privacy, venue, network, and service-provider rules.

Your devices and network

You are responsible for compatible devices, a suitable local network, system permissions, and any data or network charges. Keep pairing codes private and connect only to TVs and receivers you trust.

Compatibility

Results vary by phone, operating system, network, TV, receiver software, codec, and content provider. DRM, HDCP, browser, or publisher restrictions may prevent capture or playback. FlipZi does not promise compatibility with every device, website, or streaming service.

Advertising and availability

FlipZi may display advertising. Ad formats and placement may change over time. Features may also change, be suspended, or be discontinued as compatibility and platform requirements evolve.

Third-party services

Websites, app stores, operating-system casting services, television platforms, and advertising services are controlled by their respective providers and their own terms. FlipZi is not endorsed by or affiliated with Samsung, Google, Apple, or media publishers unless expressly stated.

Disclaimer and limitation

FlipZi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted discovery, connection, playback, or compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, FlipZi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
